Registered beneficiaries of the KCST Library & Learning Resource Center are encouraged to log in to check item availability, view borrowing history, renew books, or place holds. To log in, use your university system credentials.

After logging in, you can also access additional services, including:

  • Book Borrowing Requests – Submit online requests for books.
  • Items Summary – View check-ins, check-outs, and any outstanding dues.
  • Saved Searches & Reading History – Keep track of previously accessed materials.
  • Purchase Suggestions – Recommend new books or resources for the library.

Library Rules & Regulations

General Rules
  • Strict silence, decorum and discipline must be maintained in the library.
  • The library’s first floor is a silent zone. Group discussions are not permitted on this floor.
  • Books taken out of the shelves for reading must be left on the table after use.
  • Book borrowing facility is available. If you would like to borrow, contact the library staff.
  • Readers should not mark, underline, write, tear pages, or otherwise damage the library documents.
  • Magazines and journals, reference books must be read only in the library reading area near the book stacks and should not be taken to any other reading areas.
  • No library material can be taken out of the library without the permission of the library staff. Unauthorized removal of anything belonging to the library will be treated as theft and dealt with accordingly.
  • Group study rooms are available on the library’s 2nd floor. Contact the library staff for reservation in advance.
  • Keep the noise level as low as possible.
  • Food and beverages are strictly not allowed inside the library.
  • Cellphones should always be muted while inside the library.
  • Smoking, eating, sleeping, and talking loudly are strictly prohibited in the library.
  • Do not leave your personal belongings in the library unattended. The library will not be responsible if lost or any theft.
  • There is a surveillance camera installed and this premise is fully monitored.
  • We aim to provide you with a clean space. Please do not litter.
  • Library privileges of a user can be suspended on account of misbehavior or for violation of the rules and regulations of the library.
